As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Misunara. You'll advise customers based on their skincare needs, help them create routines, and ensure a clean and inspiring store presentation. You'll work with our POS system and support online and pickup orders.

Key information
• Location: Rotterdam (city center)
• Employment contract: Part-time/Full-time (min. 16 hours per week)
• Working hours: during the day, evenings and weekends (minimum 1 weekend day)
• Start: in consultation, as soon as possible
• Salary: in line with market conditions and dependent on experience

What you're going to do
• Customer advice and sales: matching products with skin type and goals.
• Cash register work and processing collection orders.
• Maintain, replenish and count inventory.
• Store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Assist with simple online customer queries and orders.
• Contribute to campaigns, product placement and content ideas.

Your profile
• You enjoy skincare and follow trends and ingredients with interest.
• Customer-oriented, strong communication skills and representative.
• Proactive and accurate; you like a tidy, organized store.
• Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus.
• Available on weekends (minimum 1 day).
