Neem één pad en veeg zachtjes over gezicht en hals (vermijd oogzone).

Laat de essence even intrekken of gebruik de pad eventueel als zachte “sheet-masker” door even te laten liggen.

Dep restjes zacht in tot het is opgenomen.

Returns
Right of withdrawal
- You can cancel within 14 days of receipt (without giving a reason).
- After cancellation you have 14 days to return the item.
Exceptions due to hygiene
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products where the seal has been broken.
- Opened or used cosmetics and skincare.
- Items with a limited shelf life that have been opened or (partially) consumed.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless it's due to Misunara's error (e.g., an incorrectly delivered or damaged product). Always keep your shipping receipt.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered? (Report within 48 hours)
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@misunara.nl with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return procedure
Register your return via info@misunara.nl and state your order number.
Pack the items carefully, preferably in the original (undamaged) packaging.
Please send the package to the return address provided by us and keep the proof of postage.
After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days (including standard outward shipping, excluding return costs).
